Football Transfer Decision Atlas

Decision support for clubs and agencies working on live transfer cases.

Upload the Atlas PDF to your organisation-approved AI, choose the transfer question you need answered, and add the current player and deal information. The Atlas tells the AI what to examine, what not to assume and how to structure the answer.

One transfer case. Seven different questions.

The Atlas includes seven ready-to-use Prompts. Each one asks the AI to do a different piece of transfer work with the same underlying case.

This is the fictional sample case from the Atlas. It uses roles rather than invented club or player names.

Choose a question below to see the type of answer its Prompt produces.

CURRENT CASE INFORMATION

Buying Club needs a right winger before 1 September.

  • Seller asks EUR 24m guaranteed + up to EUR 4m in add-ons.
  • Buyer has current approval up to EUR 22m guaranteed.
  • Seller says it will not approve the sale until it secures a replacement.
  • An Alternative winger is available only until tomorrow at 16:00.
  • Player terms, representative authority and add-on definitions remain unresolved.

MODEL OUTPUT
DO THIS NOW

Obtain written confirmation of whether the Alternative can remain available beyond tomorrow at 16:00 while the primary route remains unresolved, including any action or deadline required to preserve that route.

DONE WHEN

The Buyer has documented whether the Alternative can be kept open beyond 16:00 and, if so, the concrete action and deadline required to preserve it.

MODEL OUTPUT
CURRENT DEAL STATE
Purpose CONFIRMEDClub terms OPENPlayer terms OPENRep authority UNKNOWNSeller approval OPENAlternative CONFIRMED
GOVERNING OPEN ITEM

The Seller's stated replacement requirement.

EARLIEST MATERIAL HARD STOP

Tomorrow at 16:00, when the confirmed Alternative closes.

MODEL OUTPUT
WHAT THE CASE CURRENTLY SUPPORTS

The primary route is not currently executable: there is no final club agreement and Seller approval remains replacement-dependent.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

Seller approval dependency · Alternative expiry at tomorrow 16:00 · Guaranteed-fee approval gap if the seller dependency is removed.

CURRENT DECISION BOUNDARY

The case supports continued evaluation. It does not support describing the primary route as agreed or executable.

MODEL OUTPUT
CHALLENGE 1

The Seller's stated replacement condition may still govern approval.

CHALLENGE 2

The Alternative may expire before the primary route is executable.

CHALLENGE 3

The Buyer's EUR 22m guaranteed-fee approval may remain below executable seller terms even if the replacement condition is removed.

MODEL OUTPUT
  • Primary route is not executable: there is no final club agreement, and Seller approval remains replacement-dependent.
  • Tomorrow 16:00 is the earliest material decision clock because the confirmed Alternative expires before registration.
  • The Buyer's EUR 22m guaranteed approval is below the Seller's EUR 24m ask.
  • Player terms, representative authority and add-on definitions remain OPEN.
DECISION REQUIRED

Whether to preserve the Alternative route while the Seller's stated replacement condition remains unresolved.

MODEL OUTPUT
VERIFY BEFORE THE CONVERSATION

Current Buyer approval, timing of the Alternative route and any independently verifiable status affecting execution.

RAISE

The Seller's replacement dependency and unresolved transaction conditions that materially affect state.

ASK

Questions needed to establish whether Seller approval can become executable before the Alternative closes.

HOW UPDATE WORKS
COMPARE, DO NOT REBUILD

UPDATE is for cases where your team already has a usable earlier Atlas analysis. It compares new information with that earlier analysis, keeps unaffected conclusions in place and reopens only the issues the new information can actually change.

POSSIBLE RETURNS

UPDATE NOT POSSIBLE · MATERIALITY UNRESOLVED · NO MATERIAL CHANGE · normal UPDATE.

The sample PDF shows UPDATE with its required prior-state structure.
When the question changes

You do not need to rebuild the analysis from scratch.

Use the same current transfer information with the Prompt that matches what your team needs now. If the question changes, choose a different Prompt.

Choose the work you need now

The Atlas includes seven ready-to-use Prompts for different questions. You do not need to use them all or use them in order.

Start from the question in front of you. If the question changes, choose a different Prompt.

NEXT ACTION

What should we do first?

Return one concrete team-executable action and one observable completion condition.

DEAL STATE

Where does the transaction actually stand?

Reconstruct the material state and preserve CONFIRMED, OPEN, UNKNOWN and DISPUTED issues.

CASE REVIEW

What does the current case support?

Separate what the available information supports, what is still unresolved, what evidence points the other way and what your team can or cannot conclude yet.

CHALLENGE

What could materially change the current position?

Test an identifiable working view with no more than three material challenges.

BOARD BRIEF

What does the decision-maker need to know now?

Compress the material case into a roughly 60-second decision-maker brief.

NEGOTIATION PREP

What should we verify, raise or ask?

Prepare state-revealing verification points and questions without prescribing negotiation tactics.

UPDATE

What changed after new information arrived?

Compare new information with an earlier Atlas analysis without rebuilding the entire case.

What the Atlas tells the AI to check before it answers

Focus on the parts of the transfer case that can change the answer, while keeping unresolved information unresolved.

The Prompt directs the AI to the relevant checks only when they are needed.

What is established, and what is not?

Missing, conflicting or unverified information stays visible instead of being turned into a plausible story.

What can block the deal or close an option?

The AI looks for conditions that can block progress, deadlines, hard stops and alternative routes that may disappear while the case is still moving.

Is the evidence really independent?

Repeated versions of the same underlying claim are not counted as multiple confirmations, and historical cases are not treated as proof about the live transfer.

Is another check still required?

The AI tests material assumptions and decision biases, while legal, medical, regulatory, tax and other specialist issues remain unresolved until the required confirmation exists.

Inside the Atlas, these checks are organised as reusable decision questions and rules that stop unsupported assumptions. Historical transfer examples and research references are used only when they are useful to the selected question.

Why this matters in live transfer work

Built for decisions where a missed dependency, an unsupported assumption or a lost option can matter far more than the price of the product.

Transfer decisions can combine deadlines, approvals, counterparties, specialist issues, incomplete evidence and expensive commitments. The Atlas does not tell you which player to sign. It gives your AI a structured way to examine the case before your team acts on the answer.

Protect the decision from false certainty

Keep material gaps visible when the available information does not support a firm conclusion.

Protect options while the case is moving

Surface deadlines, dependencies and alternative routes before they disappear from the decision set.

Keep the final judgment with your organisation

The Atlas supports the reasoning process. Scouting, specialist clearance, negotiation and the final transfer decision remain with your team.

The Atlas is priced as a professional decision-support tool, not by page count.

What the Atlas does not do

The Atlas helps structure analysis. Your organisation keeps the judgment and the final decision.

The Atlas is a fixed digital PDF research / decision-support product for business or professional use.
