Support & corrections

Keep support about the Product, not the live transfer case.

Email-only help for orders, delivery, licence questions and clear Product defects. The Atlas is designed for independent use by the Customer.

1. Standard support

Contact research@sorivresearch.com for payment or order issues, invoice or receipt questions, delivery problems, corrupted or incomplete files, licence or Terms questions, clear typos, broken evidence-source links, or factual/citation defect reports.

2. What support does not provide

Soriv does not use support email to provide bespoke player-, club- or transfer-specific analysis, custom evidence searches, custom valuations, scouting recommendations, transaction recommendations, negotiation advice, consulting or ongoing analyst support.

3. Do not send live sensitive case data

Routine support does not require confidential player data, medical information, privileged material, live negotiation information or other sensitive transaction-specific facts. For a Product defect, send the minimum needed to identify the issue: the page, decision-check reference or source reference, the suspected defect, and your order/delivery reference where relevant.

4. AI-use questions

For a live case, use the Full Atlas with an AI system approved by your organization. Keep the latest accepted analysis rather than the full transcript. If the chat becomes slow, unstable or interrupted, or if you move to another AI system, start a fresh conversation, attach the Full Atlas again, and provide the latest relevant Atlas output, the current case information needed for that output, and any important updates. Do not carry over the entire old transcript unless needed to resolve a material conflict. A response generated from partial context alone should not be treated as an Atlas output.

5. Corrections and file versions

The Baseline Edition 2026/27 is a one-time purchase, not a monitoring subscription. Soriv may issue corrected files for clear factual, citation, typographical, broken-link, workflow-boundary or file defects. A corrected file may carry a later internal file version while remaining the same purchased edition.

6. Material defect handling

Confirmed correctable material defects are handled under the Terms, normally by correction or replacement first. If Soriv identifies a material defect or boundary problem that could materially affect safe or accurate use, Soriv may temporarily pause sales or delivery of the affected version while investigating and may issue a correction, replacement file or customer notice where reasonably appropriate.

Product source of truth: if an AI response appears to contradict the delivered Atlas, check the Full Atlas. The PDF instructions and boundaries govern the Atlas workflow; an AI answer that exceeds them is not converted into a Soriv recommendation merely because the Atlas was attached.

See the Terms of Sale and Licence for the contractual support, correction, refund and liability terms, and the Privacy Policy for information handling.
